"Bet it on Black Garlic" Fermented Chilli Sauce 150ml

Black garlic, combined with dried Pasilla chillies and fresh Habaneros in a six month ferment. This sauce is the epitome of "umami" and anything but subtle. Deep complexity of flavour with medium heat and lots of tang.

Raw, vegan, probiotic, gluten free, sugar free, chock full of good bacteria and good on just about anything! Limited numbers as this is a small batch release.
