"Shrimply Irresistible" Fermented Chilli Sauce 150ml

"Shrimply Irresistible" is an old favourite making a comeback! We wanted to play with the flavours of Thai cuisine... shrimp paste, aromatic galangal, lemongrass and makrut lime combined with the heat of birdseye chillies. The end result was better than we could have imagined. Earthy, fragrant, umami filled, and ready to slather on just about anything! Thai fried rice, soup, or try adding to your stir-fry. Shrimply is 3 outta 5 on the chilli scale.

Naturally lacto-fermented for a minimum of twelve weeks for maximum flavour. Post ferment the sauce is processed with apple cider vinegar. Nothing else. No fillers, all flavour.

Our sauces are made with all natural ingredients, gluten and sugar free. Packed with good bacteria and tasty as hell. Not vegan.

*All of our hot sauces are raw and unpasturised. They must remain refrigerated once opened. Once opened they will happily live in the fridge for 18 months.
