Red. Our Original Sauce. Super approachable in heat and flavour and a great place to start. The base of this sauce is cayenne chillies, shallots and garlic. Naturally lacto-fermented for a minimum of twelve weeks for maximum flavour. Post ferment the sauce is processed with apple cider vinegar. Nothing else. No fillers, all flavour.
Red's bark is worse than its bite... vibrant red in colour, it's a mild sauce bursting with tang and umami. The whole family is sure to love. Use on eggs, on a salad, or bangers and mash. It's good on everything.
Our sauces are made with all natural ingredients - raw, vegan, probiotic, gluten and sugar free. Packed with good bacteria and tasty as hell.
*All of our hot sauces are raw and unpasturised. They must remain refrigerated once opened. Once opened they will happily live in the fridge for 18 months.
