Survival Pack - 4 Pack Fermented Chilli Sauce

We coined this "The Survival Pack" during our first 2020 lockdown. The name stuck. With something for everyone, it's the ultimate mix. Naturally Lacto fermented for a minimum of three months, for maximum flavour and health benefits. Our sauces are bursting with umami, tang and good bacteria. Post ferment we process our sauces with apple cider vinegar. Nothing else. No fillers, all flavour.

Raw, vegan, probiotic, gluten and sugar free.

Red - cayenne, shallot and garlic (mild)                                                                       

Green - jalapeño, pineapple, shallot and garlic (mild)

Smoky - cayenne, chipotle, shallot and garlic (medium)

Hot - cayenne, habanero, shallot and garlic (medium-hot)

*All of our hot sauces are raw and unpasturised. They must remain refrigerated once opened. Once opened they will happily live in the fridge for 18 months.
